About Us
Lagana Foods is a small pasta company located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. We believe that simple is beautiful, so we’ve created an easy way for you to make quick, delicious meals that you’ll be proud to serve to your family and friends.

Every batch of our fresh pasta is made with semolina flour and water, that’s it! We use Shepherd’s Grain semolina flour that is non-GMO verified and sustainably-grown. Derived from high-quality Durum wheat, it’s packed with protein and creates a slightly sweet and nutty taste that pairs great with a heavy
Bolognese, a light drizzle of olive oil, or anything in-between.

All of our products are vegan and made fresh to order. They last for two weeks in the refrigerator or can be frozen for up to two months.
